How much is shipping?
All orders come with free shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Total delivery time includes processing and shipping (excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances):

• Processing time: 2–5 business days

• Standard shipping: 10–20 business days

Please note: Deliveries to South America and the Russian Federation may occasionally take more than one month due to customs processing and transportation delays.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking details to become active.

What if my package doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of the shipping date, please contact us at lvzhiyuanoverseas@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund.
